Google login
Contracts and Engagement Offers are sent by a hidden browser logged into a shared Google account. That login can expire every couple of weeks — this page lets you log it back in yourself, no developer needed.
When to use this
- A confirmation's Contract or Engagement Offer step failed with a message mentioning Google login or session.
- The status below says "Needs attention".
How it works
Starting a session opens the same hidden browser used for real confirmations and shows you a live picture of it below. Click on the picture where you'd normally click, type into the box and hit "Type" for anything you'd normally type (email, password, a verification code), and the picture updates. When you land on a normal Google page (not a sign-in screen), click Done — finish session. While a session is open, no confirmations can process — finish up as soon as you're logged in rather than leaving it open.
Danger zone
If a login session gets stuck — won't start, won't end, or "Start login session" says one's already active when the page above shows nothing — use this to completely wipe the saved Google login and start over. This logs the account out entirely; you'll need to log in again from scratch afterward.
